Offer Lodging to a Traveling Patient

Becoming a Gloria Host

You choose when to host.

We’ll reach out when someone is traveling through your area.

You’ll always have the chance to say yes or no—no pressure and no ongoing commitment.

We take care of the details.

You don’t need to coordinate logistics. We create a password-protected landing page just for the patient with everything they need: check-in instructions, house rules, Wi-Fi info, parking tips, and more.

We work with your schedule.

If you’re not on Airbnb, we’ll set up a shared calendar so you can block off days or mark when your unit might be tentatively available. It helps us check availability quickly without bugging you.

We match guests carefully.

Every guest is referred by a trusted abortion fund or practical support organization. We prioritize privacy, safety, and comfort—for everyone involved.

We keep communication simple.

You’ll be added to a private Signal thread with the Gloria team and your guest, so you can coordinate arrival or ask questions—without ever sharing your personal contact info.

We’ve got your back.

All hosts are covered by up to $1,000 in host support coverage in case anything goes wrong. If a guest or host ever needs to change plans, we’ll step in to secure alternative lodging.

You’ll feel the love.

Patients often describe the experience as life-changing—they feel less alone, supported by kindness, and deeply moved that someone opened their space to help. We think once you’ve hosted your first guest, you’ll find the experience incredibly rewarding.
